Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, select your size and click Add To Bag. You can continue shopping and add more items to your bag, or proceed straight to checkout.

Our checkout process is quick and straightforward. You can either create an account or proceed using our guest checkout. No matter how many items you have in your shopping bag, you only need to check out once. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be sent directly to you and you will receive it within 7 business days.

Or you can place your order on instagram by dropping us a DM at @drapesbeirut. Just tell us what item you want, size and color. We usually respond back within 24 hours.

We follow the idea of exclusivity and uniqueness, therefore we supply very limited quantities of each item. However, if you desire an item that is sold-out, you can pre-order it by emailing us at [email protected] or on instagram @drapesbeirut. Pre-orders take up to 10-12 business days. Once your order is confirmed, cancellation cannot be made anymore.

All you have to do is send us a picture of the item you desire, and we will send you a rough quotation and an estimate time of arrival.

Payments

For the moment, we only accept COD (cash on delivery) for domestic orders.

Credit/Debit cards will be available soon.

For international orders we only accept bank transfer.

Shipping & Returns

We accept exchanges and refunds on all items within 3 days from order receipts. Send us an email to [email protected] or drop us a DM on instagram @drapesbeirut specifying the reason and option you want to proceed with.
For refunds we provide store credit.
Items must be unwashed, unworn and with original tags.
Return handling and return shipping are customer’s responsibility. Shipping cost is non-refundable.

Returns usually take up to 10 business days.

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement. We will be unable to edit or cancel an order once it is dispatched. However, If your order has already shipped, we will follow the standard exchange/return process.

We will send you the new item on the arrival of your parcel and create a voucher for the remaining amount that will be emailed to you.
